Who We Are
With over 25 year’s experience working within all sectors of the built environment, holding numerous positions including site manager, senior estimator and contracts manager.
DL Building Consultants was established in 2011 with the sole purpose of providing professional services specifically aimed at both the domestic and commercial markets.
The intention being the reduction of the overall costs incurred by the client, in relation to the usual professional fees associated within a project.
What We Do
We offer a variety of different services the private, building and architectural sectors within the built environment. These include Construction estimates, to both the general building contractor and the self-builder alike. Estimating and pricing service; from Bill of Quantities; Activity Schedules; Drawings and Specifications. A design service producing CAD drawings in regards to both planning applications and building regulations.
We also offer a Project management service on new works, refurbishments and bespoke construction. We can undertake building surveys on all types of property. From full building (structural) condition, to remedial matters.
With both schedule of condition surveys and measured surveys, for the commercial and domestic market.
